Metro Fire is known for our service after the sell, it is in our DNA, it is what we are about. Starting in 1986 as a service company, we have strived to build the infrastructure that it requires to service items that we sell. We took this challenge seriously when many others depended upon outsourcing their service work.
In 1999 Metro Fire incorporated and started building the company that it is today with sales and service personnel. Since then, we have grown to over 100 employees and are in multiple locations throughout the State of Texas.
We bring value by providing many different solutions to a need or problem and do so by listening and paying attention to the smallest of details. Sales of fire apparatus and loose equipment are important to us, service is the lifeline to sales, but other value-added services like Make Ready, Outfitting, Graphics, SCBA Repair, Fabrication, and Manufacturing has provided solutions for our customers for years.
We are proud to represent the vendors that we do, we take our role in sales and distribution very seriously. Metro Fire fulfills all aspects of that relationship from demonstrations, quoting, training and service.
